Order facts matter

Analytics & verification

Use touchpoint reporting without confusing frontend attention with Shopify order revenue.

What this feature does
  • Review impressions, conversion, purchased orders, AOV, accepted offers, revenue per view, and attributed revenue by touchpoint.
  • Revenue depends on Shopify order events and valid attribution lineage, not a click alone.
  • Before publishing a claim, test extension placement, rendering, add-to-cart, discount settlement, order events, and report reconciliation in a development store.
  • If data is zero, check event delay, attribution lineage, currency filters, and daily aggregation.
  • Filter by date range, configuration, Page, or Funnel and compare trends and product rankings across Product Page, Cart Drawer, Checkout, Post-purchase, Thank You, and Order Status.
  • Metrics also include Visits, Revenue per Visit, Revenue per Order, and Average Upsell Value. Funnel is a reporting dimension, not evidence of a multi-step post-purchase flow.
  • Reconcile reported revenue and purchased orders with Shopify orders/create and orders/updated events. A successful frontend event alone cannot confirm a completed sale.
Verify before publishing

This article is based on an implementation review. Shopify plan, extension placement, discount settlement, and order events still require a real development-store test.
